Founded in 2013, Y-PEER Somalia is a registered, non-profit youth network working across the country.
promoting health, peace, education, human rights, and sustainable livelihoods through peer-to-peer learning.
From the streets of Mogadishu to the communities of Kismayo and Baidoa, our youth are leading initiatives that restore hope, foster peace, and protect future generations.
What we do

Health & Reproductive Rights
WWe promote awareness on sexual and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS prevention, and life-skills education.
Through peer sessions and school outreach, youth are equipped with the knowledge to make responsible and informed health decisions.

Livelihoods & Community Resilience
We help youth develop income-generating skills and promote community cooperatives that create employment and self-reliance.
By combining entrepreneurship with education, Y-PEER builds stronger, more resilient communities.
